MONTGOMERY COUNTY YOUTH SERVICES LADIES NIGHT OUT
The recent 13th annual “Ladies Night Out” fundraiser for The Montgomery County Youth Services (MCYS) was a huge success as it ventured to a new venue, Legends Sports Complex. It was all “Bollywood” from the jewels to dress to decorations as hundreds of ladies packed Legends to support two MCYS shelters and countless other services for the youth of our area. Guests enjoyed elephant rides, Indian dress-up, pamper and tattoo stations, shopping and more during the event.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY WOMEN’S CENTER WINEFEST
The Montgomery County Women’s Center (MCWC) recently celebrated 10 years of hosting its annual fundraiser, Winefest, at Macys Furniture Gallery at The Woodlands Mall. The center is passionately supported by so many locally in The Woodlands. Pair that passion with the cushy “at home” atmosphere of the Furniture Gallery coupled with fine wines and signature dishes from local restaurants, and this event has become one of the premier fundraisers of the season. Supporters participated in the “MarketPlace” where desperately needed goods and services were sponsored, on the spot, by guests of the event. All proceeds benefited the Montgomery County Women’s Center, which provides safe shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, legal and support services to victims/survivors of family violence, sexual assault, stalking and abuse in Montgomery County and surrounding counties, and provides education to the community about such issues.
