EXPANDED LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR THE WOODLANDS AND BRIDGELAND MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES
The Howard Hughes Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), have announced the expansion of the leadership team for its master planned communities, The Woodlands and Bridgeland, due to the high level of activity stemming from great interest and demand in the award-winning communities. Heath Melton has been named the new vice president of master planned communities, residential development while Jim Carman has been promoted to vice president, master planned communities commercial development and Mitch Gruberg has been promoted to vice president, commercial development.
Melton will be responsible for residential development in The Woodlands, Bridgeland and the future development north of The Woodlands.
Melton was most recently the director, land development for Taylor Morrison in its Austin Division. He also performed in a general manager role for Travisso, LTD which is a joint venture with Toll Brothers to develop a 2,100-acre, 3,000-lot, master planned community.
